Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phparm platform at phparm.org ("Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with phparm's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. These documents, taken together, constitute the entire agreement between you and phparm ("we", "us", "our", "Company").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account if one has been created. Your continued use of phparm following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of phparm is subject to strict eligibility requirements mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. This is a PAGCOR-mandated requirement for all online casino activities in the Philippines and is non-negotiable. phparm reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the age requirement is not satisfied.
• Philippine Residency: phparm primarily serves players residing in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online casino gaming is legal in your jurisdiction of residence before using the Platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be a PAGCOR-listed excluded person, nor subject to any self-exclusion order on the phparm Platform.
• Own Account: You must be registering and playing for your own personal account, not on behalf of any other person or entity.

To access the gaming features of phparm, you must create a registered account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
• You will not create more than one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be merged or closed, and any balances associated with secondary accounts may be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You will notify phparm immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

phparm reserves the right to refuse account registration to any person for any reason permitted by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

phparm is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (including the Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended) to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all account holders prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification may also be required at any other time at phparm's discretion.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is complete. phparm is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or rejected KYC submissions. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with phparm's Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy law.

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by phparm, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods listed on the Platform. The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits must be funded from accounts or wallets held in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, and only to accounts or wallets held in your own name. This is a PAGCOR anti-money laundering compliance requirement. phparm targets a processing time of approximately 15 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals following KYC clearance; however, actual processing times may vary based on network conditions and the volume of requests being processed. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 banking days.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Requests below the minimum threshold will be declined.

phparm reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms.

phparm may, at its discretion, offer bonuses and promotions to registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play. Where any conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Bonuses credited to your account may not be withdrawn until any applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• phparm reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if it suspects abuse or if errors are identified in the promotion terms.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• phparm's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phparm and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one account on phparm.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human play.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or use of proceeds from criminal activity.
• Abusing the bonus and promotions system, including multi-accounting for bonus farming or placing low-risk offsetting bets to exploit bonus terms.
• Any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of phparm's systems or other users' gaming experience.

All content on the phparm Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of phparm or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without phparm's prior written consent.

phparm collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using phparm, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phparm will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, payment processors, and game providers only to the extent necessary for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service delivery. phparm is committed to promoting responsible gaming. In accordance with PAGCOR requirements, phparm provides the following player protection tools accessible within every registered account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts or automatic logouts based on session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from all phparm gaming services. Permanent self-exclusions cannot be reversed.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phparm's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your phparm account at the time the claim arises.

phparm is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Any service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party system failures, telecommunications outages, or events beyond phparm's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any errors or malfunctions in games provided by third-party providers, to the extent that such errors are outside phparm's direct control.
• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.

phparm may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and freeze your balance if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by PAGCOR, law enforcement, or court order.

You may close your account at any time by contacting phparm support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary account closure in good standing, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal using your registered payment method. Account closure does not affect any legal obligations that have already arisen between you and phparm.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and phparm, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phparm's customer support team. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines or to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority, in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

phparm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of phparm following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If a material amendment adversely affects your rights and you do not wish to accept the revised Terms, your remedy is to close your account in accordance with Section 12 above.
